Underground horizontal polyethylene tanks have the same technical parameters as the previous tanks, but they are not intended for surface installation. Their biggest advantage is their installation without the need for concreting (we install directly in the excavation).
They are intended for clean or utility water, or as waste sinks. We install a maximum of 80 cm below the earth's surface, the excavation for the tank must be 20 cm larger than the tank itself
and we place the tank in a horizontal position and in a 10 cm layer of compacted sand. If we are installing in conditions where there is groundwater or there is a risk of tree roots growing through, we recommend installing on a concrete foundation and enclosing the perimeter walls. The tank is supplied with a top cover.
Inspection hole extensions have a standard height of 30 cm. A proof of impermeability is part of the delivery.
